Returns

• Coffee beans and perishable items are non-returnable for food safety reasons.

• Non-perishable products (mugs, brewing equipment, hampers) can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed once the returned item passes quality checks.

• It may take 5–7 business days for refunds to reflect in your account.

• For defective or wrong items, we offer free replacements or full refunds.
